  • The purpose of need must be no less than 800 characters or 2 paragraphs explaining your need.
  • All nominations must be submitted with a small donation

Our nomination process is simple, click on one of the links below and complete the form in its entirety and don’t forget to make a generous donation to help fund our mission to complete your nomination request.  Our board will review all nominations and make decisions on who will become a recipient. 

Some may receive new equipment and some will receive refurbished equipment, it all depends on what is in our inventory at the time of your nomination.

Please note: Once our recipients or Computer Lovers receive their equipment, we are not responsible in any way.  Recipients take full ownership of donated equipment.  We will ensure that all equipment is setup correctly and working properly on the day of installation.
